RETURN AND EXCHANGES :

REPAIRS :

If your jewlery is in need a repair based on normal usage, simply send back the item to us to be fixed. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewlery is assessed and prior to the beginning of the repair. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. If you have any further questions, please contact us. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY :

As all of our merchandise is hand made and made to order, please allow 3 - 5 days prior to shipment. 

-You have the option to select " Ship to a different address " This will allow you to ship to friends and family. Please remember if you are shipping to another address to update your information for your next purchase as the system will remember your last shipping destination.

 -All Maggy Calhoun jewelry items come delivered in our pouch, we do not personally gift wrap any items that are purchased online.

-Maggy Calhoun cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit due to the carriers neglect. All carrier issues should be directed to either USPS.com or FEDEX.com.

-Maggy Calhoun is not responsable for incorrect addresses and refunds will not be provided for misguided packages. Redirection is not possible with USPS services. 

-Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. 

-All items are shipped from our Los Angeles studio. 

-We ship all orders for the continental US via USPS or Fedex !

-Our packages are sent Monday through Friday with US. Postal Service (USPS) mail package within 5-7 days of processing.

-All international orders are shipped via USPS international or fedex international. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.
